Vacation Extra Centres
At the airport

The student's complete flight details must be sent to us as soon as possible, if they haven't already been sent.

If the student is booked with the airline as an unaccompanied minor, it is VERY IMPORTANT to inform us in advance.

Students who have booked a transfer with Kings will be met at the Airport by a Kings guide or the appointed taxi driver. Students should look for a sign which says Kings London. If a student cannot find the Kings guide, they should go to the Airport Information Desk and say that they are a student for Kings London. At Heathrow students should look for a Passenger Ambassador (people wearing purple jackets). In this situation, it is important not to panic and remain within the terminal building. Airports are big and busy, but Kings has been collecting students for many years. We will look after them!

We advise all students to travel with the following documents:

  • Passport (with Visa if required) — ID card is sufficient for EU students
  • Kings Letter of Consent to Travel (to be completed by parents)
  • Kings Booking Confirmation Letter

For flight delays or other travel emergencies, please telephone the Travel emergency number: +44 (0) 7421 420 020.
